She has a proven track record of successful settlements and verdicts in International Trade Commission (ITC) and district court matters. These cases span a wide of technologies, including semiconductors, image sensors, medical devices, medical imaging devices, and software.
Gwen has secured millions of dollars in damages for her patent-owner clients, as well as injunctions to prevent competitors from using their technology. She works in a wide range of technologies, including medical devices, image sensors, semiconductors, consumer electronics, and software. Her patent infringement work also includes litigating these claims before the Court of Federal Claims.
As a law student, Gwen interned for the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, providing her with deep knowledge of the appellate courts and how to argue an effective appeal. She has secured several favorable decisions from the Federal Circuit, including affirming district court injunctions and rare reversals of Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) decisions.
