CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION INFORMATION (2024 MIDYEAR MEETING)

Accreditation has been requested from every state with mandatory CLE requirements for lawyers attending the 2024 Midyear Meeting.

March 15th and May 15th are the last days to complete the evaluations for In-Person and On Demand CLE credits, respectively. Please mark these dates on your calendars and send them to any appropriate assistant or paralegal who will be helping you keep track of these dates and your CLE credits.

Live Programming Credits:
There are a total of (21) CLE programs offered at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry. Attendees are able to attend a maximum of (10) of these CLE programs, due to concurrent program scheduling.

Total Credits Available:
13.0 general credit hours, including 2.0 ethics credits and 1.5 mental health/substance abuse credits.

Ethics and Substance Abuse hours should be included in total CLE hours. Not every state has a Mental Health/Substance Abuse credit category. If not, these hours will be reported as general credits.

To Claim Live Programming CLE Credit: BY MARCH 15

Complete session evaluations on either the meeting app (preferred) or the meeting website by March 15.

You can find the evaluations from the home page or under each individual’s program listing. To unlock the evaluation, you must enter the verification code you received onsite while at the session.

Complete all evaluations on the available list and submit them on the “Complete Session Evaluations” task.

Complete the In-Person Programming CLE Certificate task to generate and download your CLE Certificate. Keep this Certificate for your records and follow the Reporting Instructions for reporting credits in your state.

Please wait to generate your Certificate of Attendance until you have completed the evaluations for all the live programs you attended. These must be completed by March 15th to qualify towards CLE credit.

On Demand Programming Credits:
In-Person and On Demand Content meeting attendees are able to watch (3) On-Demand video presentations. (1) video will become available on Monday, February 19th, as listed on the meeting schedule. Two additional programs will be added the week of March 11th.

*All videos must be watched and completed, with evaluations submitted by May 15th for CLE credits to be claimed/awarded.

Total Credits Available:
5.0 general credit hours, including 3.5 ethics credits.

To Claim On Demand CLE Credit: BY MAY 15

Complete session evaluations on either the meeting app or the meeting website by May 15.

Login to the meeting website.

Go to the On Demand selection in the left-hand navigation or find the program on the full schedule. Click on the program name.

Watch the video in Play Only Mode in its entirely and without any pauses or breaks to unlock the evaluation.

Once you have watched the video, you are able to complete the evaluation on either the meeting app or meeting website.

Complete the On Demand CLE Certificate task to generate and download your CLE Certificate. Keep this Certificate for your records and follow the Reporting Instructions for reporting credits in your state.

Please wait to generate your Certificate of Attendance until you have completed all of the On Demand programs you plan to. These must be completed by May 15th to qualify towards CLE credit.
