Marc E. Williams is the Managing Partner of the West Virginia office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. He has a national trial and appellate practice involving complex civil litigation, class actions and mass torts and commercial litigation. He has been responsible for over 100 jury trials and appeals during his career. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and is recognized by Best Lawyers in America in eleven categories.
